Photos & Media: Your photos are processed entirely on your device. We never upload, store, or access your photos on our servers.
Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase data is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.
Analytics (Optional): We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., which features are used most) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.

3. Data Storage

All your projects, photos, and edits are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud backup, your app data may be included in your device backup as managed by Apple.

4. Third-Party Services

VividCut may use the following third-party services:

Apple App Store: For purchases and subscriptions
Apple Vision Framework: For on-device AI features (all processing is local)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. When you use the share feature, content is shared directly from your device using iOS system sharing capabilities.

6. Children's Privacy

VividCut does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store.

7. Your Rights

Since we process your data locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. You can delete the app and all associated data at any time.
